Ingredients
1/4 Cup Rolled oats
1 Egg
1 Banana (Broken Up )
1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
Squeeze of Lemon
Coconut oil spray
Handful Raspberries
Honey or Agave Syrup (Optional)
Throw the Oats, Egg, Banana and Protein Powder into a blender and blitz together in till a smooth paste forms. Heat up your coconut oil in a frying pan over a medium heat. Pour little puddles of the batter into the pan, I usually get 3-4 pancakes out of the mixture. Top with fruits and syrups of your choice, I chose raspberries a squeeze of lemon and honey!
